Shipping & Returns
I am shipping all packages through the United States Postal Service (USPS). I've found their rates to be the best value. I send most packages Priority Mail and they will reach the whole of the USA in 1 to 3 days. When your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. That number will become active once the Post Office has processed your package, and will allow you to watch the progress of your package as it crosses the country to your door. I only sell items that are physically here in my inventory, and I make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of when it was placed.
Unfortunately, some customers outside of the USA and Canada have been subjected to customs fees. If your package incurs customs fees upon entry into your country, they will be your responsibly to pay.
I want to make sure you are fully happy with your purchase. If you would like to return an item, please send me an email with your order number and I will get the process going. I will accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and the items must be in restockable condition. If there is a manufacturer defect and you still want the item, I will be happy to exchange it with a new one.
